We certainly enjoyed our stay. The Villa is located pretty far away from Tuscan towns, people, up on the hill - which is perfect for a quiet, peaceful stay. You can enjoy your morning coffee with a fresh cornetto, then sunbathe and swim in the pool which is of appropriate size. No crowds in common areas, just a bunch of families and couples enjoying their peaceful vacations. The Villa is located a 30 minute drive from nearest towns which are full of great restaurant and cafes. On Saturday we were offered dinner cooked by the owner, it was delicious and we highly recommend this experience. Location is great for people wanting to unwind and visit a couple of Tuscan towns. Not that great for somebody wanting to sightsee all of them. There are multiple rest areas through the villa and its gardens, you can find a nice spot anywhere you’d like.

The Host Fransesco was very helpful. To get there we had to take a bus from Florence 365A to Greve Piazza Treste and it’s just a 5min walk from the bus stop to the apartment. The host even helped us to get to a vineyard Castello de Verrazano for a nominal price of 60euros(to go and come back). He also helped us with our bags to the bus top & was available on a single text/call. Very neat & clean apartment . Close proximity to multiple cafés & restaurants in the centre (piazza)

It was a very spacious apartment, very clean, with all it was needed to prepare simple meals. Our host left a nice bottle of wine as a welcome gift and was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is located in a lovely country farm, with all kind of animals from donkeys to a super friendly and quite mastiff dog. The landscape is absolutely breathtaking. In the neighborhood there is a castle-like building, in reality a monastery. The monks do guided visits. The visit is very interesting and the products they sell are of excellent quality.
