The hotel manager and staff were friendly, inviting, and professional, ensuring we had an amazing stay. We had problem with our vehicle, owner took us places so we can resolve the issue. Highly recommended.

Casté is an old medieval village located in the mountain, right behind the Cinque Terre. Francesca made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible, taking the time at check in to help us out planning our trip. she has lots of recommendations and tips to avoid tourist traps and make the best out of your stay over there. Francesca also welcomed us with a basket of snacks, olive oil and breakfast stuff which was super nice and helpful for late check in. The apartment was around 35m2, which was fine with a small dog. You don't spend much time inside anyway. It's fully equipped and had a balcony with a stunning view over the mountain. The outside courtyard is super nice and you can enjoy the sun until pretty late in the evening. All guests are greeting each other as it's a small place, which is also nice to meet other fellow travellers. There are many hiking path starting straight from the village to reach cinque terre.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Resort Ombreseda in early August and couldn’t be happier with our choice. From the moment we arrived, the hosts welcomed us with genuine warmth and attention to detail that made us feel instantly at home. The accommodation is brand new, stylishly decorated, and fully equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living area was spacious and bright, and the bedrooms were cozy with very comfortable beds and pillows. Air conditioning in every room made the summer heat easy to handle. The bathroom was modern and spacious, and we appreciated the private parking, satellite WiFi, and smart TVs in every room. We were pleasantly surprised by thoughtful extras like regional olive oil, espresso coffee, and homemade honey—such a lovely touch! The outdoor area was even more impressive: a spotless pool, relaxing jacuzzi, sun loungers, chill-out zones with fire pits, a kids’ play area, barbecue facilities, and stunning views surrounded by nature. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy quality time with family. The location is also excellent—less than 15 minutes from La Spezia’s city center—offering both tranquility and easy access to local attractions. It was an unforgettable experience, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!

An amazing place to stay with beautiful mountain views, the place was clean and the host was very helpful. Each apartment has a barbecue place outside. The apartment had many of the necessary food prep essentials upon arrival as well as basic kitchenware. Wifi was easy to access. Plenty of parking space was available too. Each apartment also has garden tables and chairs. Perfect and clean place and amazing views! Great value for money.
