Well equipped, clean, spacious, the view to the ohori park, and helpful staffs Alhough there is no check-in counter, it was very easy to communicate through booking.com messages, and I was able to get answers to my questions very quickly. On arrival day, I was able to leave my luggage early (7 hours before check-in time) and same for the departure day: keeping my luggage for an hour after our check-out time. This gave us enough time to take a walk aound ohori park and fukuoka castle site. We had enough towels for 2 nights of staying, and I was happy to take a bath after long walks. Oh, it was very convenienr to have the family mart on the ground floor :) Totally recommend!

Absolutely amazing property. Very clean , quite spacious . Kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the utensils to prepare dishes.Resort staff was very helpful Best part just 5 min walk from station . View is mesmerising from all the rooms. Just perfect .

Great location, a quiet neighborly vibe and easily access to Gion subway, one stop away from Hakata station. We took advantage of the FamilyMart a block and a half away. The room with two beds was more spacious than any Japanese hotel I've ever stayed in. Has all the amenities you could ask for from a business hotel, including a kitchenette, washer dryer, a tub, a shower with amazing water pressure and heat. The AC was powerful and kept the space toasty at all times. We even got a little balcony! Wifi was crisp and fast. It worked even better than my home wifi for video calls. Exceptionally clean and comfortable quarters. I could not recommend this place enough to all business and leisure travelers.

Super value-for-money as the room achieved maximum utilisation with digital TV and internet wifi, kitchenware and washing machines and can stay up to 4 person! The location is less than 5 minutes from Befu station. There is ¥200 tax to be paid on arrival. Absolutely a better choice than staying in a backpacker hostel.
