We liked the apartment a lot! We wish we could stay there for the entire trip.. loved the kitchen, the huge bed, the onsen, the welcome snacks. We walked or took a short bus to 7/11, and it was comfortable for us to commute in hakone in buses since there is a station very close. We had no issues with the self check in.

The check-in and check-out processes were extremely easy and accessible. All the details were clearly provided, and the staff replied to our questions almost immediately through the chat. I would definitely have stayed longer to disconnect and enjoy the surrounding nature. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from a bus stop with direct connections to the main train station. Highly recommended. The photos match the reality perfectly.
