The owners tell us they have had an arrangement for years for kaiseki dinners to be delivered in, but they serve it as if you were in the restaurant and it is good quality and value for money. It's a single group booking only and although most of the house is very old, there is an up to date minkitchen if you want to make your own breakfast. Everything is well maintained. The bath is only outside access so in bad weather it could be a bit off-putting.

Neighborhood was very silent and cozy. House is big enough to stay for big family. Facilities are perfect, clean and more then enough to feel like home. Owners are amazing people, they gave us bicycles to ride around and it was so great to reach Nara Park just in few minutes. Strongly recommended for everyone who wants to explore amazing Nara.
