My family and I really enjoyed ourselves at this place. The space was really huge and it was accessible by car. The hosts were also prompt in their response and very kind and helpful! It was a good stay.

Warm welcome from our hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Great location within walking distance to snow monkey park and local town. Well appointed and spacious villa. Excellent breakfast and dinner, the latter was in the form of a tasting menu so had the opportunity to explore Japanese cuisine that we wouldn't normally opt for. On our second night we had the place to ourselves so it felt very special.

House was situated in a quiet neighbourhood. The first evening I arrived at the house, I saw a wild life cat metres away from me. Saw a similar species the next evening. Entire unit was cosy and big enough to accommodate my family of 5. The washing machine and dryer unit provided means we do not need to pack as many sets of clothes for the whole trip. I would like to come back in future when there is snowfall. This time round we were too early.

Το Five Peaks Jigokudani έχει μπαλκόνι και είναι σε Shiga Kogen σε Ναγκάνο. Staying at Five Peaks was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. From our first contact with the owners (thank you, Daniel and Chie!) to check-out, everything was excellent. The location is perfect – just a 10-minute walk to the Snow Monkey Park – and the peace and quiet made it even more special. I’d recommend taking a 20-minute walk to the nearby village centre as well. The house itself is very well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
