Cleanliness was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Mr. Tsai who went out his was way to accommodate our requests. The location was amazing as it was in the middle of everything but in a very quiet lane where you didn’t want the mad rush just was you walked out of your property. Loved it.

Very modern and new. Location is great in between 2 stations - Takaracho and Hatchobori, also an easy 500m walk away from Tokyo station, and 15 mins walk to Takashimaya. Good restaurants around the hotel too. Shower and bathtub water pressure was very strong. Having a washing machine was a bonus in the corner suite and very helpful especially for families traveling with kids. 7-11 store just across the street so easy to replenish water and fruits etc. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.
