There are also beach chairs and umbrellas available for use which was really helpful in the heat. The location was great, near lots of restaurants and bars and just a short taxi ride to swimmable beaches. The pool and view of the beach and sunsets made for a perfect stay.

The staff were beyond helpful and very nice, perfect location close to the centro and easy walking distance, they let us store our luggage during a little walk about after checkout during our stay, THANK YOU!

It’s in a perfect location, incredibly clean and has a beautiful space. The pool was great to dip in after the ocean. The design and furnishings were lovely - I will definitely be back. The service was also impeccable. Incredibly helpful and kind! Also - as a solo female traveller I felt very safe and at home.

We’ve been in Mexico for over a month and this place is an absolute gem! Comfortable, welcoming with all necessities provided for; a.c, fan, water, cooker and fridge. It’s perfectly located next to a breathtaking beach and also a stone’s throw away from a convenience store. The house is private with a rooftop where we ate our homemade breakfast and dinner whilst watching sunrise and sunset. The host, Carlos - one of the nicest persons we’ve come across - welcoming and very hospitable. He’s only a message away and always replies in a matter of minutes. We returned to this accommodation after visiting the Posada Real hotel - which was very disappointing- and we decided to finish our trip over here! Apart from all of this - we rented a scooter through Carlos’ contact and we’re also very satisfied -decent price and good quality scooters. If you plan to visit Puerto Escondido- then Casa Mura is the place to stay!

The owner was very welcoming and gave us some good recommendations. Will recommend this hotel to others for sure
