All the conveniences in the kitchen plus oil and spices were very welcome. Great shower and comfy bed. Lovely host to welcome us in.

Pretty and quiet location. Breakfast was very yummy, everything what you need and if you have some special need for your breakfast it’s not problem at all. In kitchen is everything, even aluminium foil or paper towels or plastic cups/plates for children. And the bed? Beautiful apartment in excellent location close to the supermarket, bus station and very nice park. Friendly staff, there was a tea time on selected date with the view at the 8th floor with the marvelous views of the city. They sell cakes, and it was the best cake we ever had in Groningen! I give them 10 points for having a fully functional kitchen for my family, which really made a big difference having to attend my son's graduation together with my whole family from another country. We would love to come back and recommend this place.

Close to Groningen and yet in the countryside. A nice place to stay. Ideal if you want to visit Groningen or simply bike around and visit the villages along the Eem. You can park your car inside the property. It is very calm and private. Check in and check out very convenient. Bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was superb.

Although not very big, the little house is very comfortable for two, clean, with well functioning facilities. The house is located in front of a large lawn, with small woods nearby. On a beautiful sunny day, it is extremely relaxing. In the morning, sometimes, deers could be seen at the edge of the woods. It is a fantastic place for vacation. The hosts are very friendly. They brought us a full box coffee, when we asked for more.

Warffum Station is 5.3 km from the apartment, while Usquert Station is 10 km from the property. Groningen Eelde Airport is 35 km away. Everything was perfect here for our overnight stay. The apartment was lovely, clean and so comfy. Great huge comfy sofa, great heating, very comfy bed. Attached is the gorgeous pub/restaurant which served a beautiful delicious meal. Overall great accommodation!

Towels and bed linen are available in the boat. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. This was the true highlight of the trip. Eliza, the houseboat owner, was extremely hospitable and accommodating. She made every effort to assure that the houseboat was in perfect order for us. She even had a bottle of champagne for us. The accommodations were amazing and extravagant. We wish we had more time to enjoy it.
