I had an amazing stay at this lovely little hotel/apartment in Auckland. It’s small, cozy, and exceptionally clean, everything felt fresh and spotless. The place has a warm, homey vibe that made me feel very comfortable from the start. The host was incredibly friendly, and the girl at the front desk gave such a warm and welcoming greeting. Even though it feels more like a motel or apartment complex than a hotel, the overall experience was fantastic. It’s located very close to a mall, which was super convenient, and there were enough parking spots available. Honestly, I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. I would absolutely come back if I’m ever in Auckland again. Highly recommended!

Great situation right on the beach front with restaurants only steps away. Wineries within walking distance. The apartment was super comfortable with nice furnishings. Had a well equipped kitchen and also a washing machine, always a bonus when traveling. The owners were super friendly with lots of great local recommendations. Really enjoyed our 4 day stay at this place and would highly recommend

Urban Rest Sylvia Park Apartments is gelegen in Auckland en biedt accommodatie met gratis privéparkeren. Very spacious and clean. Felt like a home. For a group travelling it was in a great location, close to shopping centre and easy access. Lots of appliances included. Will definitely go back when we travel again.

Op korte afstand kan je lekker eten aan een héél treffelijke prijs in een Indiaans restaurant (Kasuri Eaterry & Bar).

The bed was extremely comfortable with beautiful and soft linens. Everything we needed was there, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, towels for makeup removal, towels for showers and for the beach. Although we did not use the robes they were provided. This place is right in town and easy access to shops, breakfast, dinner and the Matakana Saturday Market which was a lot of fun! Wonderful A+ Host.

Waterfront Wonder + Cp! bevindt zich op 2,8 km van Masefield Beach en 3 minuten lopen van Viaduct Harbour, en biedt accommodatie midden in het centrum van Auckland. The location of this property is phenomenal! If this property is available and you don't rent it, you are making a mistake. The harbor views from every room, heated floors in the bathrooms, patios overlooking Viaduct harbor, proximity to the restaurants in Viaduct harbor, and the parking garage in the building were fantastic. This was the best property that we stayed in for our visit to New Zealand and Australia. Having multiple full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer in the room was a huge benefit for us.

Auckland Sea&SkyTower view HOMESTAY with free Netflix, Parking ligt in Auckland, en biedt accommodatie met een balkon of een patio, gratis WiFi en flatscreen-tv, en een tuin en een gedeelde lounge. Location was brilliant, amazing views of the Auckland harbour/skyline, but away from the noise/traffic of the city. We travelled between Auckland city and north shore, so Andy’s house was perfect in the middle. The house was lovely and comfortable, there was a seperate lounge shared between us and one other room, which was nice to have a bit of privacy. Massive outside deck with table/benches to work in the day/relax in the evening. Breakfast was provided, along with all the tea and coffee you could want. Finally, the host family were amazing. Andy, his young son Alan (the little property manager), plus the whole family, were just wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to offer suggestions/help, or leave you alone, as you prefer. All in I would definitely stay again.
