We were first given a room above the reception that we found loud (the usual problem in the Philippines is poor front door sound insulation). Upon bringing that complaint to the staff, they went beyond our expectations to accommodate our needs. We were positively surprised and had such a great experience that we decided to extend our stay. We ordered breakfast once and it was brought to our room which was really nice. We loved the trip to Nacpan beach and enjoyed free sunbeds at their sister hotel. The hotel provides free shuttle to the city and to the airport.

Karen met us in the lobby and showed us to our room, even managing us to get us in 2 hours earlier than check in time which we greatly appreciated. We felt very safe in the area and there were lots of dining options in the street.
