De vegetarische gerechten waren zó lekker, vers en verfijnd, dat ik er zonder moeite elke dag van zou kunnen genieten. Als ik dit dagelijks zou krijgen, werd ik zonder probleem vegetariër! Bedankt voor de heerlijke ervaring en de warme ontvangst in een uitzonderlijk mooie omgeving!

Such a lovely, quiet location! It's perfect for families, especially if you have pets and want to stay a mile or two outside of the city. We had a very comfortable two bedroom with several patios. The pool is heated and provides a perfect space to spend an afternoon. Our dog, Maddi, was welcomed and able to go everywhere, which is such a rarity for hotels in Portugal. Breakfast was consistently delicious during our stay. My husband had the pork cheeks for dinner via room service and was very impressed! Thank you to the owners for creating such a lovely space for us to stay.

A Janela Do Castelo beschikt over uitzicht op de stad, en biedt accommodatie met een tennisbaan en een balkon, op ongeveer 2 minuten lopen van Castelo de Monsaraz. The road getting to the property was a little tight but the location was unbelievable. It is right next to the castle with wonderful views out every window. The yard was also very inviting and private. It was December, so we didn't get to enjoy the yard (and we only stayed one night). There is even a laundry room accessible via the yard. The beds were comfortable including the day-bed adjacent to the living room. It was a lovely place with a lot of character and charm.

We really enjoyed our stay at Almoura Ladeira. Right from the beginning, Cátia's communication was exceptional, including tips for things to see and do in Évora. The apartment is very close to the Praça do Giraldo and the centre of the old town. It is a good size and was spotlessly clean. There is temporary parking if you have a rental car (to drop off bags) and Cátia suggests a car park just outside the old town which is about 10 minute's walk away. Highly recommended.
