Hönö Sjöbodar ligt in Hönö en biedt gratis WiFi, gratis privéparkeren en uitzicht op het meer. Something better than this would be difficult to find. The cabin was perfect with everything that I could need. It was very spacious with a great sea view. Kitchen had all the utensils I could need from a water kettle for tea to a dishwasher. I travelled alone with the goal of disconnection and relaxation but there is enough space to a larger group of people. The location is perfect, the shop (ICA) is near and within walking distance from the pier where the ferry leaves you or a bust stop. Best of all, the location between Hönö and Öckero islands. This way one can go hiking north to Öckero and Hälsö one day and another day go south to hike around Hönö and Fotö.

Holiday Home Ljungskile heeft uitzicht op de bergen, en biedt accommodatie met een balkon en een waterkoker, op ongeveer 32 km van Treinstation Trollhättan. Comfy bed, the house smells nice and fresh, beautiful design, and a big, well-equipped kitchen — it really felt like home :) And the best part that it’s animal-friendly! :)

Orust East Coast Villa bevindt zich in Stillingsön, op 35 km van Nordiska Akvarellmuseet en 41 km van Uddevalla centralstation, en heeft een tuin en een barbecue. This is a perfect retreat place. Quiet ,clean and well equipped. From the kitchen window I was able to see different species of birds visiting a bird feeder. We will definitely return there.

Medvik Högalid is gelegen in Strömstad, op 11 km van Daftöland en 35 km van Fredriksten-fort. One of the best, if not the best accomodation during our road trip -we stayed at ca. 10 different places in total over ca. 2 weeks (incl. some allegedly 4-star hotels) so we feel we have a good baseline. Whilst there is a bus stop across the street, you need a car to be able to commute comfortably to this location from Stromstad. The flat itself is well-equipped, excellently arranged and designed with a fully equipped and functional kitchen, and a bathroom with a washing machine, which was a big plus for us. The bed we used (there are two probably king-size beds in the property) was comfortable and we really liked the neighboorhood. We also enjoyed the balcony in the evening as the weather was excellent and the relaxing sound of the neighbour's water element was a great way to wrap up a tiring day. We would definitely return and recommend this place to others - keep up the good work!

Långesjö lillstuga bevindt zich in Fjällbacka, op 20 km van Havets Hus en 38 km van Daftöland. De accommodatie biedt gratis WiFi, een tuin met een terras en uitzicht op de bergen. Our home country's flag and personal welcome note was flying at the door of our little apartment when we arrived.

Tangen heeft een terras en een excursiebalie, en is goed gelegen in Kungshamn, op 39 km van Havets Hus en 46 km van Lysekil Bus Station. Emma & Christian are very friendly and helpfull hosts. The Apartment is very nice and clean, cosy beds., well equippet. Free parking.

Hällestrand Cottage -Sillen in Strömstad biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi, op 2 minuten lopen van Strand van Hällestrand, 13 km van Daftöland en 34 km van Fredriksten-fort. De natuur, alles was schoon en aanwezig in de cottage! De eigenaar kwam aan het begin ons welkom heten en gaf gelijk de tip om nog even naar het zwembad te gaan voordat deze ging sluiten. Wij wisten niet eens dat er een zwembad was😜 maar het was het perfecte einde van onze vakantie. Er was zelfs een wasmachine en droger aanwezig👍

Skaftö Hotell Villa Lönndal, Grundsund is gelegen in Grundsund, op 42 km van Bohusläns Museum, en biedt accommodatie met gratis fietsen, privéparkeren, een tuin en een terras. Breakfast served in the hotel room - based on our own choices the day before.

Everts Sjöbods Bed & Breakfast ligt op een schilderachtige locatie aan zee en beschikt over een terras en gratis WiFi. Het Vitlycke Museum ligt op 11 km afstand. Very cosy place with beautiful surroundings and a great breakfast. The room was plenty big and nice. Very convenient with a common kitchen area.

Het Daftö Resort ligt op slechts 5 km van het centrum van Strömstad en biedt een zomerattractiepark met een buitenzwembad en een activiteitenhuis voor kinderen. This place was a very happy surprise in so many ways! We really did not know what to expect from a pirate-themed resort but we had a beautiful and very comfortable room. Mid-week and off-season, we had the whole resort practically to ourselves. It is situated on the water so we enjoyed a morning walk around the property. The breakfast buffet was fabulous! I can't imagine what the resort is like during the summer, it must be crazy busy with the amusement park. But if I lived near, I would definitely take my grandkids for a couple of days.
