Khanittha and her husband have put alot of love in this place and Khanittha is a wonderful cook. The location is isolated which is the charm to be away from the busier tourist world. So nice to simply retreat here. Khanittha arranged a private boat to explore around the bay and drive to airport in Phuket was easy.

The room and terrace were spacious and nicely laid out, and the bed was comfortable. Location next to a small rice paddy enhances the feeling of relaxing in nature. The free pickup and drop off service also came in handy. We were able to extend our stay in person as well - the hosts were very accommodating.

Je kan elk moment van de dag whatsapp's sturen naar de eigenaar, die regelt alles voor u. Boot naar koh yao yai, toer van de 4 eilanden, scooterverhuur,... niets is teveel gevraagd. Ik zou hier zo terug boeken.

The staff was so kind, the location was on a quiet hill but very close to the beach, restaurants and bars. We rented a scooter at the hotel for ~$10 a day but there are also bikes to use at no cost. We are both vegan and the hotel accommodated to our diet and made sure we had a variety of food available to us. We were so sad to leave and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend the island hoping private tour! Thank you for everything!

The entire experience was fantastic. The villa itself was terrific. It had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff were top notch and accommodating. The communication was a breeze as any questions or concerns were answered immediately. The location is great as it is walking distance to a few good spots.

All perfect about the accommodation and the premises, beautiful clean rooms on the lake but no mosquitoes. Wonderful long wild beach at 5 minutes by bicycle (provided by the residence) with no people at all. No noisy boats or jet-ski! Just nature. Less than one hour drive from overcrowded Phuket there's paradise!

We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed in a beautiful villa with two independent suites with air conditioning, an open living room, and a pool shared with another villa – everything very well maintained and cared for, with lovely décor and always spotless. The beds and linens were super comfortable. The owner, George, and the host, Ryan, were very friendly and always available to help. The property is located on a private beach and offers kayaks – we went on a long trip to the neighboring cove and to a small island in front! The food was delicious, and all the staff were super friendly. Just a note that some villas (like ours) are about a short 10-minute walk from the private beach and dining area :) We were sorry to stay only 2 nights – we would have stayed at least a week! SeaMountain Kohyao Noi ligt in Ko Yao Noi en biedt gratis WiFi, gratis privéparkeren en uitzicht op de bergen. The view and property is so gorgeous. Very clean, comfy bed. You will want to rent a motor bike to get to other beaches but that is something that made it so fun.
