The friendly, efficient staff, who dealt with my check-in rapidly as I arrived were particularly good and played an important role in making my stay a pleasant one. The room I was allocated was immaculately clean in all respects. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. There is plenty of hanging space and shelving for clothes. There is also a kitchenette, large screen TV and very modern looking phone charging tables either side of the bed with good room lighting options too. Across the road is a 7/11 and Pak Nam BTS station is very close by. Overall, I love staying at this hotel and will use it again when I am in town. I would say, for my purposes, the perfect hotel in the perfect location. Worth a mention again, the staff are outstanding ... thank you all, and the drinks served in the lobby café are delicious. Additionally, the massage service provided by the hotel was the best I've ever had in Thailand; you need to book in advance and the lady comes to your room.

We could check in early, for a fee (it never happened to us to have to pay, but I guess it can be considered normal so to be able to check in early was a plus).
