By far the best holiday experience we ever have had. Even before arriving we sensed the incredibly high service. We were contacted by the manager, who arranged our pickup from the ferry pier. Upon arrival, we were served chilled drinks and fruit, with a thorough presentation of the villa. The villa has an amazing view and is situated in a quite place but everything is easy accessible by car. We were able to walk to a nearby supermarket, the beach and a restaurant with Michelin mentions. The service is outstanding. Every morning we were met by Shun, ever smiling and professional, who would play with our baby while we enjoyed the lovely food. When we were finishing our breakfast, the manager Aeng, would stop by to coordinate with us, whether it was arranging things or simply give recommendations. All the housekeeping was tailored to fit nap times and the staff was super flexible and understanding. The chef must be a magician, and the in-house dinning, whether it was light starters or the full set menu, was prepared with excellence and beautifully arranged. Every single staff member, we met were incredibly kind and caring - the parking guard would always greed us and wish us good day or good night, the pool crew and technicians were outmost kind. We were asked about our baby’s troubled skin, and the manager recommended changing the chlorine levels of the pool, which then happened before we could spell swimming. The pool keeper measured the levels every day, and brought back all the swimming toys before we realized they were missing. Lightbulbs were changed in seconds almost before we even realized the light was missing. We tried to cancel our next stay at another hotel to stay another week, but unfortunately had to move on. We discussed whether we should kidnap Shun, because she was the star of our stay, but instead we would rather come back to the lovely place and the incredible people working there.

Tulum Villa Resort Koh Samui beschikt over een zwembad, een tuin, een terras en uitzicht op de bergen, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi in Bophut. Super aardig personeel. Je kan met al je vragen terecht bij de balie en ze helpen je meteen. Ook advies voor local Thai food. Ook motorfiets/scooter verhuur via het hotel te regelen. Binnen 10 minuten stond de scooter klaar. Erg schone kamers! En zelfs de airco blijft aan terwijl je je hotel verlaat. Alle andere hotels waar ik ben geweest hadden dit niet.

DK1Hostel bevindt zich in Chaweng Beach, op minder dan 1 km van Chaweng Beach, en biedt conciërgediensten, kamers, een gedeelde lounge, gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie en een terras. Amazing homemade food and surroundings, and the friendliest hosts. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys Thai food, nature (including the resident turtle and bunnies) and serene surroundings.

Nymph Hideout ligt in Ko Pha Ngan, dicht bij naar Haad Yao en op 5,2 km van Ko Ma, en heeft een balkon met de zee, een tuin en een privéstrand. Very private lovely apartment, with direct access to a private small beach with sunsets. Comfy beds, good facilities, first hotel in thailand with a smart tv! We even extended our stay for 3 more days The place also had a motorcycle rental service which was phenomenal. Staff are very friendly and attentive And the manager helped us with everything and answered all of our questions.

Everything is very clean, and anything you need is right outside the property (there’s even a 7/11 just across the street). Lucy was available on WhatsApp for any questions I had. Highly recommended! 🌟

Wild Cottages Elephant Sanctuary Resort is gelegen in Bophut, op 2,6 km van Fisherman Village, en biedt accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, gratis privéparkeren, een tuin en een restaurant. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon. Every little detail has been considered. The food in the restaurant was unbelievable and the staff couldn’t have done more for you. We would love to visit again one day. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Yuka residence is gelegen op 1,8 km van Lamai Beach en biedt een buitenzwembad en een tuin. De accommodaties hebben airconditioning, een balkon en gratis WiFi. Het was echt fantastisch! De villa is prachtig, het zwembad was heerlijk. Het huis heeft alles! Wij hebben echt ultiem genoten van onze laatste dagen in Thailand hier. Ik zou Yuka residence absoluut aanbevelen en de kans is zeer groot dat wij hier nog eens terugkomen!
