Receptionists were very helpful. I was there with my Mom, sister and family and even, the reception fixed my moms broken wheelchair. Then I called a expensive but the reception called a cheaper one for half the price and cancelled the expensive one. And then, even there isn’t a taxi, there is a metro and tram and you can easily reach the city centre.
