The apt is very spacious, clean, modern hobo decorated and had everything we needed, even extra towels and toilet paper. The beds are new and comfortable. There's a workout room available to us, on our floor. The manager/contact was the nicest, and he always responded quickly and professionally. He accommodated an early check in and a late check out. With the late check out, he even said there was no need to clean or to take out any garbage. I went through booking.com and their rates were so reasonable. There are several small grocery stores on the corner and famous Fiore's Italian sandwiches 4 blks east. Note: Transportation information from this location. It's approx. 10 blocks to get to Bus 126 that takes you into NYC. You need to download an app to purchase tickets. BHLight rail is a few blocks away, which can take you to Hoboken Terminal to change to the PATH or Ferry. We will definitely book here again! Thank you for a great stay!

The units in the guest house are fitted with a coffee machine. Featuring a private bathroom, some units at The Waltham: AirTrain & 5min to JFK also feature a patio. Guest rooms will provide guests with a full kitchen. I stayed here for just one night after flying into JFK. The house is located only 10 minutes walk from Jamaica station, which was very convenient for my late flight. Self check-in was very easy and convenient, as Ricardo sent me detailed instructions. The room was very cozy and super clean, but I was especially impressed by the luxurious bathroom with soft new towels, new beautiful snow-white satin linens, and the mattress was the best I have ever slept on. Although I usually sleep very poorly in new places, even despite the time gap and late check-in, I slept very well after a long transatlantic flight and was full of energy for a full day in New York. There is a well-equipped kitchen, but since I do not eat breakfast, I just drank wonderful coffee, kindly provided by the hosts, and grabbed snacks to go. Unfortunately, when I found this guest house, it was already fully booked for the following dates, otherwise I would have definitely preferred to spend my entire trip here. The proximity of the station makes the location very convenient for visiting Manhattan, and for the same price I could afford just a hostel there. Definitely worth the money. The Apartment was clean, close to the Metro, check inn was very easy, The host is very responsive with all my questions highly recommend this space we would always come back to this space once it’s available. Forgot to mention it’s a private apartment not shared with anyone.

For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and is protected by full-day security. The place is very clean, totally new and nice designed. It’s more than enough space for 2 persons. The bed is huge and very comfortable, nice blanket and many pillows so sleeping was perfect. I cooked every morning (kitchen has all you need from hornet to dishes to do any sorts of meal) and coffee machine and the owner even put free tasty coffee and sweets for us! Thank you so much! The house is very cosy. We never saw or hear any naibours. It’s very close to Manhattan with 128,165,168 that goes just next to the apartment every 2-5 min during the day and every hour during the night. Good shops two steps from apartments. But for sure the best is magnificent view to Manhattan that opens from the street so every morning you can run or drink coffee in a park looking to Manhattan 💔
