The variety of vegan options at the breakfast buffet was a highlight - I want to give a special thanks to Tina who went above and beyond to help us everyday at breakfast.

Our family had a great time staying at the Sao Mai Boutique Hotel. The neighborhood is very walkable. The breakfast was excellent and had good variety. The service and staff were fantastic.

The balcony view of the lake at sunset was simply breathtaking, making my stay even more memorable. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Both the receptionist and the security team were exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help. Communication was smooth and effortless, which made check-in and every interaction stress-free. I always felt welcomed and well taken care of. Daily housekeeping kept everything fresh and tidy, and it was clear how much care goes into maintaining the property at a high standard.
