Beautiful world class hotel on-site at T3 of the airport. This is one of the, of not the, best Sheraton hotels I have ever stayed at. Was happy to have it available after missing a flight due to a late Aer Lingus arrival, and only wish I could have spent more than 9.5 hours there. For the aviation lover, the rooms that overlook the airfield are a real treat.

Location - I needed a hotel closed to the Pearson Airport and the Sheraton Gateway is perfect. We arrived at 2am and the front desk lady was very helpful, she even provided us with a late checkout so we could sleep a few more hours before continuing our trip.
The continental breakfast was good, the bowl of fresh fruits is a must.

Last minute booking due to a diverted flight. Located right in the airport, the Sheraton is really convenient for long layovers.
The reception staff were friendly and professional throughout, and even helped us with some emergency toiletries. Our room was very spacious, modern and comfortable with excellent shower pressure in the bathroom. Breakfast at the club was very good value with a nice selection of food and drinks.
Overall an excellent choice if needing to stay in or near the airport, I would highly recommend.

Love the Sheraton brand. The beds and linens are always comfortable and the rooms clean. The hotel is easy to get to and after a long flight (or time change) this is a major perk. We also liked that we could connect our existing Netflix account to watch a movie as opposed to renting one.

Honestly I appreciated Jason Relixh’s genuine empathy and professionalism. And I am grateful for his sincere attempt to resolve the Sheraton issues by reversing the unauthorized charges Sheraton placed on my personal credit card without even the courtesy of letting me know.

I have stayed at the airport Sheraton dozens of time over the years. Having spent the winter in Barbados I love the Sheraton because I don’t have to go outside. Slept well on a great bed. Clean.
