Sheraton Hotels in Kuta

Location is perfect as it is inside beachwalk. Staff is super nice. Breakfast is exceptional (I have tried in many different hotels in Bali but Sheraton was by far the best).

The staff were awesome, isles of smiles from them all day every day, very helpful as well, the rooms were great very clean, I liked it very much that our rooms were cleaned every day which was a bonus for me. The food was exceptional and our stay there was great. Location was pretty good cause the hotel was close to massage therapies, laundry's, shopping mauls and restaurants. Close to pharmacies and all your daily needs. All and all my wife and I were satisfied and happy with our stay at four points by Sheraton in kuta.

Nothing special about the property. Different from Four point Sheratons seen in India. Felt like a glorified lodge.

Location was perfect , central to the hub of Kuta. Staff willingly assist with any matter or concern. Friendly , smiling and helpful , good to see and experience this hospitality from the Sheraton Group.

Absolutely everything! Our stay at the Sheraton was wonderful. I’ve stayed in Kuta a few times before and this by far was my favourite. The staff are lovely, the food is great and the location is perfect! Would 10/10 recommend staying here

The staff were great and extremely helpful. It made our stay even more enjoyable. I'm definetely going back. Breakfast buffet was phenomenal. The chefs are doing a great job. We were impressed. A huge thank you for the whole team at Four Points by Sheraton.

I was excited to go to the charming cozy hotels I had booked for our trip to Bali much more than Sheraton, but actually it was the best one we stayed. the hotel is beautiful, the room is spacious. bed, pillow, towels and sheets are excellent, the air conditioner works really well and the bathroom is very nice, with a good shower and amenities. the breakfast is absolutely delicious and the staff very helpful and polite. I really enjoyed the activities in the hotel, the pool, cinema etc. recommend and would come back.

Amazing hotel, as yiu would expect from a Sheraton. We stayed on the last night of our honeymoon before flying the next day and it certainly eased the pain of returning to normality! The hotel did a lovely display with the towels on our bed and a dessert to wish us a Happy Honeymoon which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was incredible with so many options. The hotel is conveniently located near lots of restaurants and shops and practically has it's own entrance to the adjacent shopping centre.
