He was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. He booked us tables at Okra and Nesrut restaurants and even booked a spa session at HSH hamam. We are very grateful to him. The breakfast buffet was very ok but lacked smoked salmon that I’m used to enjoying at Sheraton hotels. Overall, fantastic stay!Guest review byokechukwuYoung couple
