The check in with her went very smooth. We could see the Charlotte night lights from our room, a beautiful site. The heater wasn't working on the first night, Ray from the maintenance dept repaired within minutes. He was very professional. Called 888 number that appeared to be the Sheraton Airport in Charlotte, NC and got an agent with a thick Indian accent who was very hard to understand.
