New ZealandVery clean and modern rooms, easy check in, friendly staff. Location was amazing as it was surrounded with shops and food places. We loved the pool and the beach right outside. Games for the kids, we also stayed in the partial ocean view room and was great, beautiful view of the ocean and the city, we also watched the Friday night fireworks from our balcony. Everything was amazing, definitely the best resort vibe.

This was my third or fourth time in Sheraton. Before I always chose ocean view. But this time I tried city view. It was a lot better. Ocean view can be a little be noisy, city view is quieter.

Room was fabulous for our family of 5, it was great to have a room where our family of 5 could stay in the same room as all our children were under 18. The view was SUPURB. loved our stay at Sheraton Waikiki! Great location, friendly staff and fantastic amenities. I would stay again!

It was great to stay at Sheraton Hotel. It was right in front of the Waikiki Beach and in the middle of multiple malls. Great location, accommodation and personnel!

There are plenty of better, friendlier, less hectic, more personable and cheaper resorts in Waikiki.
This place is not up to Sheraton standards.
Avoid.

Break fast was not upto the matching rates and standards.
It should be a buffet breakfast with wider choice as in Sheraton hotels around the world.
