Sheraton Hotels in Miami

Tired, old, dirty needs a lot of investment to be worthy of the name Sheraton.

When traveling for work or holiday and have a overnight connection in Miami, I usually stay at the Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel. The shuttle service is always good and goes every 15 minutes.. Also the restaurant is open till late so you can grab a bite on arrival. I noted the renewal of the rooms. Verry nice. Do not eat breakfast there as flights leaf early and have to be at the airport early.

Last night we stayed at Sheraton hotel and it was amazing experience. We would like to thank to amazing stuff especially Monique, Jeremiah and Mayelin. They were all very helpful and sweet. The biggest surprise was we have been chosen to be the guests of the day so we had free snack bar and breakfast. It was amazing at it really made our day after 11 hour flight. So thank you guys. You are the best! Please manager give them special bonus :)

We were granted the preferred guest floor on # 10 the first night in our travels between our home in the Virgin Islands and were very thankful for that. Our return from Central America overnight stay was equally as good before our return Home to St. John. We usually stay at Hyatt but from our trip last year opted for this particular Sheraton and enjoyed it enough to book twice for this last vacation.

Our trip to Miami was a disaster! But upon arrival Shanicka really listened to us and provided extraordinary service and was empathetic to our situation. I am a converted... I will definitely make Sheraton my home away from home forever!

Everything was and is OK. We, I and my wife Paula, have been about 5-6 times guests in Sheraton Airport. And we love to be here.
