Guests at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel can dine at Harold’s Kitchen & Bar or order room service 24-hours a day. A gym is available on site. Also provided for guests convenience are a tour desk and currency exchange center. One member of staff was very accommodating considering we arrived very early from our flight and check in is not until 4 pm . We were given a great room. The hotel is within a 15 min drive to the airport and ideally situated to an outlet mall which was great to kill some time before our early morning flight the next day. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Free shuttle bus to the airport was great and on time every 30 min.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton hotel. The rooms were cozy, providing a comfortable retreat. The swimming pool and hot tub added to the overall experience, both well-maintained. The staff were attentive and contributed to a positive atmosphere. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing stay. The room boasted a fantastic view, enhancing the overall experience of my stay.

Great location. Great rooms. Great customer service. We moved here from another hotel (not Sheraton) due to a bad experience and the experience we had here was perfect for completing our vacation in Vancouver. We would definitely plan to stay here again!

The location was excelent. It was only 10 min. walking to BC Place. I read all the bad reviews so my expectations were low, but I was pleasently surprised that it was ok. Its not the Sheraton its a hostel. Pricy for what it is but compared to everything else in downtown Vancouver it was affortable. The sink in our room was nice to have, and the sheets and beding were clean. The stained glass above the doors added character.

I came for a conference at the next-door Sheraton Wall Centre. I saved a fair amount of money by staying at the Burrard instead. The room was comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed at the Sheraton Wall the night before as part of a package trip, but didn't like their prices much. Transferred here (pretty much next door) and loved it! Modern decor and all very clean. Lovely internal garden area for guests and close to lots of restaurants. Quiet at night. Staff very friendly and helpful. If you don't mind a bit of walking, everthing can be reached on foot. Try Davie Street whilst you're there. Very buzzy with lots of eateries.
