We were very impressed with the receptionist as well as the concierge who explained in detail on all our questions. We will be back for sure next year Really love this hotel!😍

Featuring a beachfront location and 5 swimming pools, the luxurious Sheraton Sanya Yalong Bay Resort is 1 km from Yalong Bay Central Square and just opposite the Yalong Bay Golf Club. Free Wi-Fi is provided in public areas. I love this bay, last time we stayed in Marriott this time we chose “a little brother” for our short vacay. I won’t compare these two hotels, obviously it’s a cheaper option. Entertaining for kids and guests was nice, the room itself nice and clean, I love the bath tub! Can’t say it’s huge but it’s big enough to take a bath as a couple. I love the water slide and special area for kids to play in the swimming pool, my daughter could spend hours running up and sliding down.

The whole hotel was absolutely fabulous, I don't understand why it doesn't have a 10/10 rating. Communication 100%, replies from the hotel nonstop within a couple of hours. Super meeting, staff at the reception can speak English. Very chilled room, daily meticulous cleaning, breakfast divine, beach about ten meters from the hotels.

Sheraton Sanya Haitang Bay Resort is only 2 minutes' drive from Duty Free Shopping Malls. It takes 40 minutes to drive to Sanya Phoenix International Airport or downtown Sanya. Yalong Bay Railway Station is around 25 minutes' drive away. An airy hotel with large clean rooms and well kept grounds and pool. A good 10 minute walk to the beach, which was difficult to find. This is the first place that accepted Visa.
