All employees were very polite and nice and a wonderful news for us was that it was possible to check-in bit earlier. The room itself, King Deluxe Suite, was nice and spacious, including all essentials you can think of. But what I liked the most was comfortable bed, which we both really enjoyed. A big bonus was also the pool area and a gym, which I visited both. It was also possible to order food to pool area.

Despite it being Diwali, they still made time to surprise us with a lovely gift. And one of the kind ladies from the team even helped my wife drape her saree — an act of pure kindness that touched our hearts. Well done, Sheraton.
