We really enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Garden Grove - Anaheim South. The lounge area was lovely, and staying on the upper floors was a great experience. The bed was very comfortable, with soft cotton bedding and a cozy duvet. The room was exceptionally clean, and we even had a beautiful white bathrobe and slippers—though only one set, even though we were a couple. The breakfast was delicious, and overall, the service and atmosphere were excellent.

The Sheraton Universal Hotel is ideally located just 0.3 miles or an 8-minute walk from Universal Studios Hollywood and CityWalk. How clean and modern it looked, and the lounge right by the bar was extraordinary! The room was beautiful with a great view of LA; Plus they have shuttles running with was a great game changer 👍🏽👍🏽

Make yourself at home at Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles Westside. Room was spacious and very clean. Front desk were super friendly and helped us with a late check out as our flight was at 10pm. Location was perfect across the street from Westfield Mall. The pool area was relaxing and clean.

This modern hotel provides free 24-hour dedicated shuttle service to Los Angeles International Airport, just 3 minutes’ drive away. Guests can relax in the outdoor heated pool. When I come back and asked check-in again, and explained what I need, the front desk offers good option to do check-in and check-out at one same day. Fantastic service!

Just off Highway 101, this hotel is within a mile of Lake Lindero. It offers an outdoor pool, a free local shuttle and on-site dining. Rooms feature a flat-screen TV and an iPod docking station. Staff was very professional and nice. Bed was VERY comfortable. What I did not like and just being picky. They gave us a free bottle of water and then one that they charged. When we walked in our room the charged water was right there so we opened then noticed around the corner was the free one. Anyway it was only $4.95 but didn’t appreciate how it was not labled for a cost and the free one was kinda hidden. Felt like they tricked us. LOL but not a big deal other than that all was amazing. Great food in the Resturant. We would go back.

She welcomed us warmly, answered all our questions with patience, and gave us some excellent recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. The hot tub was a definite highlight—clean, relaxing, and exactly what we needed after a day of exploring. Every detail during our stay was seamless, thanks in large part to the friendly and professional staff. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Esmeralda truly made our stay unforgettable, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend this hotel!
