Anytime we needed something they made sure we had it. Our tv was broken and it was fixed promptly and we were still given breakfast vouchers for the inconvience. The room was comfortable, large and clean. We would come back just to spend time in the room. The food in the restaurant was excellent. So good that we ate breakfast and dinner there for both of our days there. We actually liked our stay so much we are already planning another trip to Philadelphia because of the experience we had.
