Amazing location, only about 10-15 mins walk to shops and the centre of town. Was a quiet part of town, felt very private. Loved the natural light and the space in the room, and the mini-kitchen (mini-bar and coffee machine) made it so much nicer. Self check-in was easy. The staff were very friendly. I loved staying here and wished we could have stayed longer.

The accommodation was excellent. The rooms are beautifully designed and clean, the staff very helpful, and the hotel is located in a great area—close to the city center and public transport stops. Very central location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is beautiful and comfortable. We really liked the shower head and the lamp (would really appreciate it if you could share the brand and model). The closed balcony with a view to the sky is so beautiful.

The breakfast buffet is exceptional, the service is impeccable, and so is the professional courtesy. The room itself was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and I wish I would have had more time in Innsbruck. Besides the hotel is in a prime location - just love it.

The location is perfect, foot distance to all the POI of Innsbruck. They offered excellent breakfast, all the staff, especially the three ladies at the reception and the breakfast area, were very polite and helpful. The room was very nice and clean (although small), with all the amenities needed. On the ground floor they have a very nice bar restaurant, which opens early in the morning with coffee or drinks and descent local food all day long. Generally, we had a great experience at Weisses Rossl and we will come back soon.
