We let the hotel know that we would arrive at around 10am and the staff had arranged an early check in for us. They also made sure we had a bath as requested. they were very friendly and helpful. Our room was really lovely and so comfortable. Location great!

The staff were friendly and helpful. I like the interaction I had with them. Also, I got good restaurant advice from the staff! The hotel is located a bit far from the centre but at a very convenient bus route. It's also close to a supermarket which makes grocery shopping easy.

Splendid traditional mansion in a green zone, mountain view, a fishpound, deers, only at 5 km from the Salzburg city center (10 minutes by bus). Also, very quiet, a welcomed silence a few hundred of km on the highway. I would gladly repeat the experience.

The location is just perfect, so close to the station and the Spar supermarket is open even on a Sunday. It's also fairly close to all the lovely places of Salzburg. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We were leaving early Monday and were waived off with a kind smile even at that time. The rooms are just the perfect size for spending the night as we were out exploring most of the day anyway. The bathroom was refurbished and was really nice with a great water pressure. There was also a little fridge in the room, which was very handy. There was a fan too which was much appreciated in the hot summer day and night. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to others. Thank you very much.
