The house has 3 apartments, the one we lived is semi-underground, but with floor-heating and windows, we did not feel uncomfortable. The other 2 apartments have better view, if you want to enjoy the views, maybe better to pay a little bit more and book the ones upstairs. The rooms are clean and morden, kitchen is well equipped, suits all our needs, the owner is helpful, we called 3 times to him for questions and favors, he always answered quickly and provided answers or helps.

Breakfast was superb, basket full of goodies (cheese, ham, salami, yogurt, honey, marmelade, nutella, mango, avocado, vegetables, sweet cake, juice, tea...). Beds in apartment are very comfortable, I had a very good sleep. Big storage for bikes/skies. Nice views from balcony. Hostess was very friendly.

The location of MeiZeit Lodge is fantastic. From the lounge/dining room you could watch people and children skiing from the Bograin teller lift station and you could watch hot air balloons rising daily on a morning from the village whilst eating your breakfast. The breakfast was self service and there was always an excellent selection of food to eat both hot and cold. The hotel also served free cakes/pastries and light snacks between 3pm and 5pm which was a real bonus. Every member of staff was lovely, always having time to have a conversation with us about what we had been doing or going to do that day. By staying here you also benefited from the issue of a Filzmoos winter card upon arrival which gave you free access to some activities and discounts on others. The hotel was immaculate and spotlessly clean and we will definitely return.

We had a great time — the room was excellent and the view was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. The coffee machine was a bit weak, but everything else was great. Free parking and shops nearby.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this incredible apartment during my vacation. First off, Daniela, the owner, was an absolute gem – super friendly and always ready to help out with anything we needed. The apartment itself was very spacious! plenty of room to stretch out and relax after a long day of exploring. Plus, it had everything you could think of, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy living areas, as well as a stable and fast wifi connection. there was also a clean and nice sauna which was a great way to unwind and relax. The location was spot on – nestled in a quiet area but still just a quick drive to Flachau's main road. There was a small playground in the backyard and a playroom with some toys and a ping-pong table – perfect for keeping the little ones entertained while we kicked back and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough. Huge thanks to Daniela for being such an awesome host – we'll definitely be back!

The breakfast was perfect. So many eggs, cheeses, sausages, vegetables, fruits, lots of coffee, bread and jam, enough for packing for the day. It was very special!!!! Clarice, Ulli, Bellie and Peter!!
