the location was great for getting the post bus from Sion. the staff were very friendly and spoke good English when my French was not good enough. the restaurant the food is great really nice range of traditional food and things to eat in the evening. great breakfast.

This hotel certainly is grand, with all modern amenities in a traditional setting. The restaurant was also excellent, and the staff friendly and helpful. It was a bonus when hiking into Arolla that Kurhaus is the first place you come to!

It was very clean and comfortable. The owner let me into my room even though I arrived early. There was plenty of coffee and tea available. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendliest staff of all the accommodation I've booked in Switzerland. The staff here are exceptionally kind and went above and beyond - especially as I became ill while I stayed here (from eating at another restaurant in town).

Host Doris is very kind. The accommodation is beautiful, stylish, clean—everything feels like new and is equipped exactly as you need. This tiny hotel was great! The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. The room was nice and comfortable, all made in beautiful wood. Great and large common terrace with a view of the forested mountainside. There is a common kitchen where the nice breakfast is served by the very friendly hostess, who is fluid in English Everything was excellent!.

Great place to step away from your daily life. The place is remote and very quiet. Views are amazing. Pierre is such a lovely host, making you feel at home, great food and great atmosphere. Love the fact that you can either relax or enjoy the winter facilities on site. I will definitely come back.
