Super comfortable location, Monica was great in taking care of everyone. Breakfast is amazing with a wide choice of salty and sweet, fresh bread every day. The atmosphere is very familiar. Just 2 minutes from the train station - great if you stay here to hike around. But also, 7min walking distance to the city center. Lovely stay, very quite despite the closeness to the train station (you don't hear a thing). Comfy bed while the pillow is the classic huge and structureless that hotels love so much.

The place was very comfortable, and the location is excellent, just 100 meters from the bus stop. The cleanliness and organization were impeccable, and it was also very peaceful. A beautifully located hotel. The staff was all very helpful and extremely nice. Breakfast, as well as dinner, were delicious. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Very comfortable parking lot beneath the hotel with an elevator from there to all floors. Not a cheap hotel but relative to prices in Switzerland very high value for money.

The hotel owner speaks several different languages and was very helpful. All the staff members were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Our room was clean, spatious, and had a nice view. The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance from train station and important sights. We hope to come back again some day.
