The host is very nice and has great knowledge of the local mountains and other activities to do in the area. You also get a complimentary "Saastalcard" when staying at this chalet, which means that you can take the cablecar up and down to Kreuzboden and Hohsaas as much as you like during your stay. Great location. easy pre check in. Arrived earlier than check in time and (early in the season ) we were able to deposit our bags and use of the room . Later in the busy ski season might not be possible. ( not sure ) Staffs are genuinely caring and making you feel welcomed. Rooms are spacious and cozy. View to nature and Saas Fee. Easy reach to restaurants and walking paths. Coffee and tea facilities in the room . Breakfast is self served and enough, coffee is delicious Missed the indoor slippers but otherwise room and bathroom are fully equipped . Would stay again.
