Very friendly service. The booking confirmation said they only have limited parking space, and it's first come first served. We arrived after 18.00 and there was ample parking space available. The receptionist also showed us the bike storage so we did not have to leave or bikes on the car carrier over night. We booked a room in the lodge and at check in got an upgrade to a bigger room in the hotel. Good breakfast with regional products.

Everything was good and worth the price. The room was big, quite and clean. The food at the restaurant was tasty, I had a very good cheese fondue. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Warm, friendly welcome after long travels. Beautiful view from the room of the surrounding mountains. Amazing dinner and breakfast. Included access to the thermal baths which was an unforgettable experience.
