Hotel was very clean and quiet. Beds very comfortable, breakfast selection options very good (scrambled eggs were the best I've ever tasted). Staff were very polite and helpful with information and provided any additional supplies if needed. The views from the hotel are quite stunning. Location gave good access to a variety of walking trails in the area. We hope to return to Wengen in the future and would choose to stay in Hotel Alpenruhe for sure.

Very attentive reception staff - organised and friendly pick-up service. Exceptional breakfast and dinner. High quality food. Compliments to the chef and its team - they manage to surprise us every day, Extremely helpful staff in general & cosy atmosphere. Rooms are really big for what we have gotten to know of in Switzerland. Nice indoor pool and a beautiful "schwimmteich" outside. And last but not not least: the views are incredible.

Everything, including the location of the chalet and views. For the first in Europe, stay in the chalet felt like home from home. Overall experience was much better than I expected. We have enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the trains after we returned in the evening. Rebecca was the perfect host, and she has provided everything we need during our stay. When you get a personalised service, nothing like it. The staff were so cooperative particularly the head chef Mr. Raymond who went out of his way to help us in preparing food for our baby which was out of their routine. This has touched me. Regina is the best Hotel in Wengen. Having stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in June 2025 I can say that services are impeccable including the suites and the food. The location is perfect next to the station. What stands out the most is the outstanding service, attention to detail and the wonderful views. They upgraded us from the junior suite to the absolutely gorgeous suite for our entire stay without any charges.
