The owners were very friendly, warm, and helpful—a lovely family-run business. We celebrated New Year’s together, which made for a super cozy experience. The breakfast was delicious, especially the amazing khachapuri made by the owner! The rooms were clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the city and ti the mountains.

A home away from home! The host is warm and friendly and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the small touches like the hammock and outside seating area, tea and coffee and the cakes our host gave us in the morning. We also loved being greeted by the family’s dogs and cat each time we came home. The property is a little outside the town which made for peace and tranquility. We stayed 3 nights and loved it.

It was so nice. They can speak English well and there is espresso machine. It was very good with milk. Latte(esso with hot milk) was much better than any other cafe in Mestia. Terrace room is best. I can take the rest and read book at terrace chair.

It’s run by the Nakani family and everything is great here from its location, to its host, to how well Lali the owner has maintained the facilities and the garden and her roses.. a very kind lady to add to this. Love this place! The stuff is amazing! Breakfast was great every day, with variety of meals and hot drinks. View was amazing from our room. There is central heating system, so you will not get cold. Mattresses and pillows are pure clouds. We was traveling with or frenchie, so there was no extra charge for a dog. Also the place have a bakery and it was warm smell of baked goods all the time, which was extra warming point during cold season.
