The apartment was big enough to have all of the comforts. The kitchen has everything you need and the smart TV is quite large. Not to mention a playstation with a few games if you wish. The airconditioner is ample and made the apartmeng a comfortable temperature. Stefano, the host, is quite responsive. We will stay here again if we need to.

The room was perfect for our one night transit stay in Aviano. It was clean and warm and we had everything we needed. It was a short walk into the centre for dinner. They even arranged to get us to the local car hire place which so good given the weather at the time when we left. We have already booked here again to transit through on our way home.

Beautiful experience in this kind, relaxing and peaceful environment! The hosts are not just hosts; they are the nicest people we have ever encountered during our stays. Their kindness and care, along with their positive vibes, made our experience truly memorable. Thank you! The apartment itself has all the essential equipment you might need. We stayed on the ground floor, which was nice and cool during extremely hot spells. The living room is spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the shower and bathroom are tip-top. The place was spotless and looked after. There is a beautiful outside area with large couches, tables and gazebos; it is very chick and modern and gives you that extra holiday vibes. Just a few steps down a beautiful alley, you will find shops, restaurants, the amazing turquoise lake Barcis, and the best swim ever! We would return to relax and reset if we did not live that far. Many thanks for this fantastic experience! If I could leave one suggestion, the blinds in the living room would be the cherry on top of the cake :) Sometimes, you want to stay rolling in bed without the sun making you want to get up :D

Beautiful villa, very kind and friendly personnel. Possible self check in after midnight!! Kids younger than 18 are free of charge. Perfect and tasty breakfast also with gluten free muffins, bread etc. free parking in the courtyard. Beautifully restored place also

I like the natural region quality of the hotel, breakfast was fresh but limited. everything is quite reachable in the area and people of the hotel is friendly. You wake up with the sounds of the cocks.
