Very friendly staff and very supportive. Very clean room with nice mountain view balcony. Great breakfast. You have supermarket and pharmacy just next to the hotel and a park with playground just cross the street. I like having bidet spray "Shattaf" in the bathroom.

Amazing place: there's a beautiful small lake nearby, a mountain stream, and a stunning view of the mountain. The room was clean, comfortable and quite new. On the way from the hotel to Lake Braies, you can also stop by many other scenic spots. Breakfast was standard: cold cuts, cheese, eggs, bread, vegetables, cereals, juices, coffee, desserts, etc.
