We had an absolutely amazing stay at VOCO Saranac Lake! For our anniversary, the hotel surprised us with upgrade to a beautiful suite with breathtaking views of the lake. Waiting in the room were champagne, chocolates, and a warm handwritten note from the staff — such a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly special. The entire team was incredibly kind, attentive, and caring throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Easy to get to off the main road. The keyless entry code was sent directly to my phone, made for easy entry and exit from the room and was a nice bonus. Room was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were updated, the staff was friendly and around if needed. It was clean and quiet. The views from the room were stunning. They provided kayaks and bikes to use. It felt very safe and it was easy to get around.

Located among the Adirondack Mountains, this Best Western hotel is 7 minutes’ drive from Lower Saranac Lake and is opposite Lake Flower. Guests can enjoy an indoor pool and free Wi-Fi.

Breakfast was so-so. Not being a big breakfast person, I was not too disappointed. What they did have out could have been better stocked. They were out of a couple of the sandwiches, and the pancakes. Busy weekend I guess.

the bunk beds were very convenient, and the warm bed coverings, the communal gas fireplace, fairly quiet only noise was the road in front of the lodge. The individual quaint cottages,very quiet could not hear any sound from the outside except the rain falling on the roof which was fine.
