We were on the lower level, and in spite of concerns it would be cold during our winter stay it was very warm. In fact, the apartment is heated from floors, which means your feet stay warm too. Besides that… Kitchen is well equipped. Apartment is very clean and modern. Bathroom has new and high quality faucets. Traunkirchen is a very beautiful destination with a dozen of trails for hiking. The hosts were friendly. Unfortunately, we broke some glasses because it was a big company, but this was resolved in a very reputable manner. We would come back again!

In winter, the Feuerkogel Family Ski Area is 7 km away, and there are many Christmas markets in the surrounding towns and villages. Love the environment there, it's a very peaceful place. The staff are helpful, and patient. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast too is delicious

Absolutely great accommodation, when we arrived were beautiful warmth in the tiled stove👍 There is a stream running around which is great for a morning hardening up. 300 meters down there is a pub connected to a butcher shop, great beer and ribs. The owners are very friendly with lots of good advice on hiking routes. We were so happy we stayed longer. Really excellent.
