The hotel facilities are great, with a good sense of design and very clean. However, when we checked in, one of the male staff at the front desk was impatient. It was an issue with their system, but the experience was not very pleasant. Other staff members were nice though, especially the lady who helped us during checkout — she was very friendly and professional.

Located in Grindelwald, Hotel Gletscherblick provides free WiFi and a shared lounge. Fitted with a balcony, the units feature a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. We liked everything about the hotel. The room size, view from our rooms, breakfast, the staff. We had an excellent stay at the hotel and we shall surely come back. I rate it as excellent.

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. Amazing view from the hotel although the location is not close to the station. you can take the bus which stops there. Room is clean with balcony. And it is very quiet. there is welcome drink and cookie. There is also microwave at night you can heat your own food. We recommend to spend one night there. If you have big luggage do take a bus. It is up on the slope almost not possible to carry suitcase by yourself.

Απέχει... 1. Staff was really cordial and helpful. 2. Rooms were awesome. Views from room as well as from Guests common balcony were great 3. Picnic room enabled us to enjoy meal , tea coffee etc 4. Breakfast had limited variety, particularly for vegetarian but still was decent. 5. Location was incomparable . Two Bus stops were nearly ( five min walk). Main train and bus station was 10-12 min away. Staubbach fall was opposite the property. Overall top notch.

Breakfast is 10/10, served with your preferred hot drink. The location is super nice and Mürren is the loveliest place I’ve been in Switzerland. Overall, the experience was so nice that it will be a lifelong treasure.

Cosy and relaxed Eiger Guesthouse is located opposite the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive to all our requests. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcome. The restaurant service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. The pizza, in particular, was outstanding! The room had everything we needed, with very comfortable beds and pillows. Once again, the staff was simply amazing, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

The Silberhorn Hotel in Lauterbrunnen is situated off the main street, only 150 metres from the train station, providing access to the skiing and hiking areas. Free parking and free Wi-Fi is... I stayed in room 23 on the night of 11–12 September. The hotel was very clean, neat, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of Lauterbrunnen, and just a short walk from the train station. The highlight was the balcony of room 23 – the view of the valley and waterfalls was absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast was also excellent with a nice variety.
