The lobby was amazing - really liked the decor! and the coffee machine. The staff was friendly. We even got a birthday gift. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and was great. The location is not the fanciest, but it's right next to the train station and to a bus stop which is super comfortable. There are also restaurants and shops around.

He offered recommendations on what to see…and gave us each a Swiss pass for savings on transportation. And we had a rental car so parking spot was most welcome. Walking distance to all!
