However, when we checked in, one of the male staff at the front desk was impatient. It was an issue with their system, but the experience was not very pleasant. Other staff members were nice though, especially the lady who helped us during checkout — she was very friendly and professional.

There is a spacious underground parking, great wellness, big room with mountains view and super comfortable bed and the breakfast was delicious. Local honey and chocolate spread to die for! Yummy! The rooms were very well noise-isolated. Highly recommend. I hope to come back soon!

All rooms have a balcony, seating area with cable TV and a private bathroom. Some have unobstructed views of Winkelmatten. Several have views of Mount Matterhorn. All are rustically furnished. Several have a wood-paneled ceiling and solid wood ceiling beams. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Nice view from the hotel, really quite.

The hotel is 600 metres from the First Cable Car Station and lies 100m above the centre of Grindelwald. Its rooms and sun terrace have magnificent views of the surrounding scenery. It also features a unique spa area in the goats' stable. Amazing view from the hotel although the location is not close to the station. you can take the bus which stops there. Room is clean with balcony. And it is very quiet. there is welcome drink and cookie. There is also microwave at night you can heat your own food. We recommend to spend one night there. If you have big luggage do take a bus. It is up on the slope almost not possible to carry suitcase by yourself.

It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. The host was amazing and gave us a lot of information. The room was spacious, clean and with a great view to the Matternhorn

Staff was really cordial and helpful. 2. Rooms were awesome. Views from room as well as from Guests common balcony were great 3. Picnic room enabled us to enjoy meal , tea coffee etc 4. Breakfast had limited variety, particularly for vegetarian but still was decent. 5. Location was incomparable . Two Bus stops were nearly ( five min walk). Main train and bus station was 10-12 min away. Staubbach fall was opposite the property. Overall top notch.
