A special mention to Sebastian in F&B and Room Service for his kindness and making sure my meals were joyful. I would come back here in a heartbeat. 💓

Het iconische Hôtel Royal Évian *****, een paradijs voor gezinnen omgeven door een meer en bergen, biedt een ander idee van luxe. Our stay at Hotel Royal Evian was truly wonderful. One of the thoughtful touches we really appreciated was the evening turndown service, where the room is prepared for sleeping — a lovely detail that adds to the comfort of the stay. The view overlooking the parking area was surprisingly charming and peaceful. The concierge team is outstanding, always helpful and attentive. Room service was excellent, and the food tasted delicious. We also appreciated the variety of pillows available, allowing us to choose what suited us best for a comfortable night’s sleep. The front desk team was professional, welcoming, and very helpful at all times. The free shuttle service to Evian city center, operating from morning until midnight, is extremely convenient. The chauffeurs were professional, courteous, and drove very safely. Overall, an exceptional hotel experience with excellent service and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

We had such a delightful time- it is walking distance to Christmas markets and very quiet for sleeping at night. Highly recommend!!!
