Communication with the host was fantastic. They responded quickly and answered all of my questions. The apartment is beautiful, easy to access, clean, and well-stocked. It's in a great location. Parking was about a 5 minute walk, in a free lot - no problem.

Set at the foot of Mount Emilius in Pollein, family-run Hotel Diana offers a garden, free WiFi and a spa available on demand at extra cost. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The property is stunning, impeccably maintained, and designed for comfort, with cozy beds and an excellent shower that made every moment relaxing. One highlight was the delicious cappuccino served at breakfast—truly a morning treat! What stood out most, however, was the exceptional service and genuine warmth of the staff. From the moment we arrived, the team greeted us with smiles and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Stefan was incredibly helpful, checking webcams each morning to recommend the best places to explore. Veronica and Alessandro also provided valuable tips that made our trip even more memorable. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of Stefan, Veronica, Elisa, Alessandro, and the entire team. It was in the middle of the old town and on one of the main streets so restaurants and bars are short walk range. Cheap car park was just behind the building. The apartment is just renovated with tasteful design where rustic is mixed with contemporary materials. Staff is very friendly and fast if something extra is needed.

Check-in process is easy: keys were in the locker, all instructions from the owner were clear. Supermarkets and cafes near the building are available. About 15 min on foot from the bus station.

The view was absolutely gorgeous from the living room balcony. Very nice couch and beds. The outside had us nervous at first because it is undergoing renovation. The inside was already renovated and pristine. Modern feel on the inside. Hosts were very willing to help. We were looking for a laundromat nearby and they gave us an address to the closest one! They also made sure we knew when the flat was ready for us to come.
