We washed and dried our clothes several times during our stay. We used airporter to ship our luggage from and to the airport and that went smooth with the help of the front desk staff. Location is great as there is a Shiden station right next to it.

Everything was perfect, the location is just less than 5 minutes walk to the ski resort, the accommodation is spotless and quiet, the bed was comfortable, the owner Evan was so helpful as i had an issue with the transportation back to Sapporo and he went beyond his ways to help me , definitely looking forward to coming back again

The breakfast was outstanding and provided us with the fuel to hit the slopes during the day. The Accomodation is modern and roomy by Japanese standards. The location is a short walk to the Kitanomine gondola (we are snowboarders and prefer to walk as part of our warm-up). Alternatively, you can catch a lift if you want! Rika is Furano born and speaks excellent English. She and her husband were also happy to teach us some Japanese and share/explain local customs.
