The location is outstanding: On a mountain, surrounded by woods and with an incredible view. The house is really cozy, all wooden inside, both in the common areas and in the rooms, and very well looked after. The breakfast (included) and dinner (not included, but 100% recommended) are out of this world. They have a lot of local or auto-produced products and the cook is incredibly gifted. There also is a big fitness area, as well as a Jacuzzi and sauna, which we had the chance to try and truly enjoyed. Nearby there are many beautiful things to visit, such as the Logarska Dolina, Velika Planina and much more (Slovenian Alps are breathtaking). But what truly makes this place one in a million is the Pečovnik family. They are the kindest hosts imaginable: always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely sweet. We’ve just left, and we’re already dreaming of coming back as soon as possible!

We were offered a delicious welcome drink on our arrival of a homemade blueberry liquor. The breakfast was outstanding, including jams, yogurt, honey, meats, and cheese made by the hosts themselves. They also offered a cooked portion of eggs and pancakes. The coffee station was outstanding. If I could have the breakfast every day, I would! You can also pay separately to eat here for dinner. The menu features local cuts of many meats and was also absolutely delicious. Otherwise the bed was comfortable. Even though I saw only the two owners while here, it was supremely clean throughout the place. The view of the river and surrounding area is lovely, and each room features a balcony. If you have the opportunity to stay here, I highly recommend you take advantage of it!

This apartment is very spacious, well equipped and is finished to a very high standard. Very scenic location with fabulous mountain views. Lovely pool, jacuzzi and sauna from which you can enjoy the lovely scenery. Great deck / BBQ area also (unfortunately the weather wasn't in our favour to avail of this), but we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay here. Would definitely recommend.

Το Studio ALPIKA έχει θέα στο βουνό και παρέχει παροχές για μπάρμπεκιου και μπαλκόνι. Το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Κάστρο Λιουμπλιάνας είναι περίπου 48 χλμ μακριά. I liked everything about the property. It’s a charming and extremely well built little cabin, set in a quiet area with trees surrounding it for extra privacy. I never believed you can put so many useful things in such a small place. The stove is the main element ( we stayed in winter ) and the whole house is built around it. With a handful of wood you can keep the entire place warm. I was genuinely surprised when I saw the carbon monoxide detector. Of course there is also electric heating but I preferred to be a bit eco friendlier. The bedroom sports a big bed for three people and the living room has an extendable and very comfortable couch. The kitchen and bathroom are small but they have everything. I cook meals at home and I didn’t need anything extra. Everything up to the dishwasher was provided. Extraordinary. The bathroom is enough. We were two adults and our 6 years old daughter and it was ok. I’m sure in the summer you can also spend a lot of time enjoying the view and relax on the outside provided facilities. We didn’t as it was not sunny. We did lots of trips in the areas nearby. Our host was very friendly. You have a nice parking place in front. Extra: there is an extra room in the attic but we didn’t use it as we are in our forties and climbing is not our best asset.
